LovePH Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to all users of the LovePH online gaming platform, accessible at loveph.vu. They form a legally binding agreement between you ("the player") and LovePH. 1 Acceptance of Terms

4 Deposits and Payments

All deposits on LovePH are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency conversion is applied. LovePH supports the following funding methods for players in the Philippines:

• GCash — mobile e-wallet via InstaPay or direct transfer
• Maya — mobile e-wallet via InstaPay or direct transfer
• Online banking / bank transfer via InstaPay or PESONet

Deposits made via GCash or Maya typically reflect in your LovePH account balance within minutes, subject to network conditions. Bank transfers via PESONet may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule.

Minimum Deposits

Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method. Current minimum amounts are displayed on the Deposit page. LovePH reserves the right to update minimum and maximum deposit limits at any time.

Deposit Responsibility

You must only use payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from accounts belonging to third parties are not permitted. If LovePH identifies a deposit made from a third-party account, the deposit may be reversed and the funds returned to the source account.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on LovePH are processed in PHP to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. LovePH may request additional identity verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or amounts above certain thresholds.

Verification Requirements

All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC checks. You may be asked to provide proof of identity, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method being used. This is a standard procedure to protect your account and prevent unauthorised withdrawals.

Processing Times

Withdrawal Conditions

LovePH reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms. In such cases, LovePH will communicate with the player and may request supporting documentation before releasing funds.

6 Betting and Gaming Rules

Bet Placement

A bet is confirmed only once LovePH's system has accepted and recorded it. You will receive a confirmation of accepted bets. Errors and Technical Issues

9 Prohibited Conduct

• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities for financial gain;
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform;

• Using funds sourced from illegal activities;
• Conducting or facilitating transactions on behalf of another person without authorisation;

10 Account Suspension and Termination

LovePH may suspend, restrict, or permanently close an account at its discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms;
• Failure to complete identity verification within a required timeframe;
• Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• Verified breach of the 21+ age requirement;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from the player's bank or e-wallet provider;
• Player request for self-exclusion or account closure.

If your account is suspended due to a suspected breach, LovePH will communicate the reason and request any necessary documentation. Where a breach is confirmed, any remaining balance may be voided if it is linked to the prohibited activity. Where no breach is found, any withheld funds will be returned.

Voluntary Account Closure

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, contact LovePH support. Any verified balance in your account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the standard verification process.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LovePH shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from a player's own decisions, including bet placement and withdrawal timing;
• Losses arising from technical failures outside LovePH's reasonable control, including internet outages, device failures, or third-party payment provider delays;
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages of any kind;
• Loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or any other economic loss not directly caused by LovePH's verified error.

LovePH's total liability to any player for any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in relation to the specific transaction or event in question. LovePH does not guarantee uninterrupted platform availability and may schedule maintenance periods that temporarily restrict access to certain features.

12 Privacy and Data
